Concrete Equipment Logistics Experts
Concrete pumps, mixer trucks, batching plants, and boom pumps — from 5 to 50+ tons. Full-service logistics including EPA compliance, ocean freight, and last-mile delivery.
Concrete Equipment We Ship
Each type of concrete equipment has unique transport requirements — from boom length restrictions to residual material handling.
Concrete Pump Trucks
20–50 tons. Truck-mounted boom pumps with 20–70 meter reach. Boom must be fully retracted and secured for ocean transit.
Mixer Trucks
15–35 tons. Transit mixers with rotating drums. Drum must be thoroughly cleaned — residual concrete causes customs delays.
Batching Plants
Multi-component systems shipped as project cargo. Silos, conveyors, mixers, and control systems shipped and inventoried separately.
Stationary Boom Pumps
5–15 tons. Trailer-mounted pumps that can often be containerized. Cost-effective shipping for smaller concrete operations.
Line Pumps
5–10 tons. Trailer-mounted for ground-level pumping. Compact enough for container shipping on most routes.
Shotcrete Equipment
3–20 tons. Specialized spray systems for tunneling and construction. Requires careful hazmat documentation for consumables.
What Makes Concrete Equipment Different
Residual Material
Drums, hoppers, and pipelines must be thoroughly cleaned. Customs authorities reject equipment with cured concrete residue.
Boom Length
Pump truck booms can extend 70+ meters. Proper folding, securing, and dimensional compliance is critical for transport.
Dual Engine Compliance
Many concrete pumps have separate engines for chassis and pump. Both engines require individual EPA compliance documentation.
Spare Parts Coordination
Wear parts (pipes, elbows, couplings) often ship with the machine. We ensure all accessories are properly documented and cleared.
